The people leading HomelessNest.org’s mission to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness across London. Our team brings together dedicated professionals and committed volunteers who believe that every person deserves safety, stability, and respect. We work closely with local communities, partner organisations, and people with lived experience to deliver support that is practical, compassionate, and rooted in real needs. Together, we focus on building meaningful connections, strengthening resilience, and creating opportunities for individuals to move forward with confidence.
Chad Eli
Chief Executive Officer
Chad leads the strategic direction of HomelessNest.org. He works closely with the Board of Trustees to ensure the organisation remains mission driven, financially sustainable, and responsive to the needs of those experiencing homelessness. He oversees governance, long term planning, and external relations. Chad focuses on building strong partnerships that increase our impact and he advocates for systemic change that reduces homelessness and social isolation across London and beyond.

David White
Deputy CEO and Head of Fundraising
David leads innovation and collaboration across the HomelessNest.org network. He develops new services and secures strategic funding partnerships. He works with local authorities, housing providers, and community organisations to expand our reach. David ensures that all programmes are inclusive, effective, and informed by lived experience. His work supports the creation of sustainable pathways out of homelessness through coordinated support and community led solutions.

Emily Carter
Community Engagement Manager
Emily plays a key role in connecting HomelessNest with the communities we support. She develops resident led initiatives and outreach activities that empower vulnerable individuals. Emily leads workshops, builds local networks, and ensures that our services reflect the voices of those most affected by homelessness. Her work strengthens trust, resilience, and belonging. She helps create safe and inclusive spaces where people can rebuild their lives with dignity.

Amit Patel
Operations Manager
Amit oversees the daily operations of HomelessNest.org. He ensures that facilities, logistics, and internal systems function smoothly and consistently. Amit manages the receipt and distribution of essential supplies including winter packs, hygiene kits, and sleeping bags. He coordinates the Support Team across all sites and ensures compliance with safeguarding and health and safety standards. His work provides the infrastructure that allows our frontline teams to deliver practical and compassionate support.
